Orders

  • Is it possible to get any custom art?

Yes. Eleonore can paint portraits, copy of Great Masters and seascapes. Challenge her!

  • Can I see one of your paintings before I purchase?

Yes. Get in touch to know the current exhibitions and galleries where you can see her paintings.

  • Can I change my order?

Yes, you have a week to change your order after the deposit (30%) is paid.

  • Will I see a picture of the finished painting before receiving it?

Yes, your approval of the final high-definition photograph through email is one of our requirements to send the painting.

  • Can I ask for modifications on the painting?

You are very welcome to ask for some modifications once the final high definition picture is submitted, until we reach an agreement.

  • Can I cancel my order?

If you’re not happy once the painting is fully delivered, you have 15 days to send back the painting at your own cost. 

The painting will be reimbursed without the deposit, since it is custom made.

If you don’t want it sent at all, we will discuss an exchange or other modalities.

  • What’s the status of my order?

There is a 4 weeks creation process, then you will agree on the final high definition picture, I will then send a tracking number once the painting is fully paid. If you feel that your package is taking longer then expected, feel free to reach out to me with your tracking number and we will figure it out!

  • Is it possible to reserve a specific already made art piece?

Yes, for 15 days.

  • Will my piece include your signature?

Yes, except if you specifically ask for it not to be (in the case of the copy of a masterpiece for example). The painting is also provided with an authenticity certificate at the delivery.

Payment

You are required to pay 30% of the painting to confirm the order.

You are required to pay the other 70% once the painting is finished and you have confirmed the high-definition picture we will send via email, in order to get the painting delivered.

Once we agree on the final painting through picture, you have three month to make the payment before the painting is fully ours again.

  • Can several people order one painting?

Yes, multiple people can go through a payment process for the same art-piece ( for example for birthdays, wedding gifts, newborn…). The art-piece will the have three status: available, on hold and sold. The buyers will choose one of the buyer to relay the progress of payment.

Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost if I am in the United States?

Extra cost would need to be considered. Furthermore, the person or business receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay Duty and Taxes on a product shipped from the EU to outside of the EU.

I also suggest, you could find a friend or a relative who travels to Europe to retrieve it for you!

  • How much does shipping cost if I am in Europe?

If you’re in Europe, shipping should be no more than 80 Euros.

  • How fast is your shipping?

As little as 5 working days to consider within Europe, but if you are in need of it sooner, there is a possibility for fast shipping at extra cost.

  • Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yes, but beware that a painting that is delivered outside of the EU might be submitted to Duty and Taxes.

  • How will my artwork be shipped?

It will be shipped directly to the client through UPS or your preferred choice. If the size doesn’t allow a regular delivery, the local professional framer will deliver it once the painting is mounted back on its woods (frame).

  • How will the painting be delivered?

You have the choice between: sent directly to the final destination unmounted (canvas + wood separated) or sent mounted and delivered by a certified framer nearby the destination address.
